1. Eligibility & Conduct
- You must be 18 years or older to book a session.
- Respect all house rules and staff instructions.
- No illegal activities, non-consensual acts, or intoxicated behavior allowed.
2. Booking & Cancellations
- Reservations must be confirmed via email.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a refund.
- No-shows will result in no refund.
3. Payment & Refunds
- Payments must be made before your session.
- Refunds are only provided in cases of facility unavailability or booking errors.
4. Liability & Disclaimer
- We provide a safe, clean, and controlled environment. However, guests assume full responsibility for their actions.
- We are not liable for personal injury, lost belongings, or misuse of equipment.
5. Privacy & Discretion
- No personal information is collected or stored.
- No photography, recording, or unauthorized guests are allowed.
